Never Fear What God Did not make. Roundtable.

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

Thank you for the “Never Fear What God Did not make” Roundtable – Sunday March 29, 2020.
In listening to this I loved your references that were, I think, from the Blue Book.
One of the ideas was that the “objects of sense, are really ideas of Soul.”
And, “there is no material world apart from the Spiritual.”
It has been such a revelation that continues to grow, that we aren’t dealing with two things, the material and spiritual. But only the Spiritual. Substance is Spirit, not matter.
In looking up the word substance in Merriam Webster Dictionary online, surprisingly one of the definitions is listed as “Christian Science: God Sense.”
I really like the idea that matter is only an incorrect sense, not a something solid that has to be healed. A sense that can be exchanged with “God Sense.”
You also mentioned on the roundtable, whenever we go out we can declare that we only meet Spirit today. And that what we are seeing has already been approved and blessed by God (Maybe from the Blue Book?)
We can take God Sense out with us.
    I love these ideas. Thanks!
