God Meeting the Need

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

“In the wilderness, streams flowed from the rock, and manna fell from the sky.”

God is constantly taking care of us, meeting our needs. We don’t have to outline how, where, or why it is going to come from, but our needs will be met. It is not limited to one kind of need or another, but every need. I know in my own experience help came from unexpected sources that I could not have planned, just like the water from the rock and manna from the sky.

Mrs. Eddy says, “Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need.” S&H. This is God’s promise to all, forever.

I am very grateful for learning this in this church.
