The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

Thank you parthens. The utube video also applies to what Mrs. Eddy wrote on pages 94-95 in S&H, “Our Master read mortal mind on a scientific basis, that of the omnipresence of Mind. An approximation of this discernment indicates spiritual growth and union with the infinite capacities of the one Mind. Jesus could injure no one by his Mind-reading. The effect of his Mind was always to heal and to save, and this is the only genuine Science of reading mortal mind.” We too, should be acquiring this skill as we claim and demonstrate our oneness with the Divine Mind. We will feel the need of our fellow man and by the grace of God be ready to answer that need with His healing presence and power. This is also why Mrs. Eddy gives the definition of “EYES” in the GLOSSARY as “Spiritual discernment, –not material but mental. Jesus said, thinking of the outward vision, ‘Having eyes, see ye not?’ (Mark viii. 18.)”
