Thank you so very much for recently posting the article by Gilbert Carpenter entitled “Listening to God”. It is very important to realize that God is speaking to us. Unfortunately, most people are unaware of this. That really great practitioner I had as a child emphasized this. She said that God most often comes as a feel or an urge to do something, and sometimes as intuition. God also comes as thoughts directly to consciousness and sometimes as an audible voice. The audible voice is rare but does still happen in this day and age. It usually only happens once in a life time if at all. But the key point I want to make here is that if people are not aware that God is speaking to them and the ways that this is happening, they will never realize this is going on. Once one gets the concept and starts to recognizes it, one gets better at identifying it and listening. Thanks for all you do to enlighten those who are willing to listen!
