"They Shall All Know ME"

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

Through repentance, spiritual baptism, and regeneration, mortals put off their material beliefs and false individuality. It is only a question of time when “they shall all know Me [God], from the least of them unto the greatest.” Denial of the claims of matter is a great step towards the joys of Spirit, towards human freedom and the final triumph over the body.

This from Jeremiah 31: 34 and Hebrews 8:11 Was used by Mary Baker Eddy to teach us how to know God. She knew that God is our individuality and that we are capable to repent ,have .”purification by spirit”, and be renewed by God with His work in us. We shall all know Him from the least to the greatest; how glorious is that!

Thank you. It is interesting because Florence was also saying today how much she loves this passage – the quote from the Bible. It will make for an excellent watch message. 🙂
