The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

And we can have utmost gratitude for those who have gone before us, heard the correct thoughts, and taught them and/or wrote them down for us. Moses, Jesus, Mrs. Eddy, all gave us the divine principles by which we can recognize God’s right thoughts and thereby spot the counterfeit. Our task is to “take them to heart.” Moses instructs us in Deuteronomy, “And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart.”

Science is not an intellectual exercise. Which is why our spiritual sense is the only sense that can perceive and appreciate it. The so-called human intellect cannot help us recognize God or anything right. This should put to silence any sense of pride (or regret) that any of us has a superior (or inferior) mind. Or that anyone is better or worse than anyone else. All of mankind’s problems can be traced back to the belief that each of us has a mind distinct from God. It just isn’t true! And if we can demonstrate what is true, we can change the world.
