Awesome Lesson this week

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

    This lesson is truly exceptional and the more I read it the more I find precious nuggets of gold. The last verse “then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him.” (Proverbs 8:30) It hit me all of a sudden, I was with God all along and always have been. I can never be separated from him no matter what mortal mind will say. We all have been with Him from the beginning of time. This realization almost blew me out of my bus seat at 5 a.m. this morning. I don’t know if I’m expressing it correctly, but it was like a gift to me from Our Father/Mother God. Thank you for this wonderful lesson on Substance.

    Yes, thank you for the Lesson on Substance and this post! It hit me today at 7:30 .. not 5 .. that I do not have to be afraid of this belief in the medical laws of heredity! Although I have thought about this before it is this Lesson that convinced me that I am dishonoring God to even consider human heredity when God so lovingly created us in His image. I have been thinking about pre-existing and coexisting with God, which takes me to the 91st Psalm..” Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.”
