Identification of erroneous thoughts

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

I am very grateful for my improved identification of erroneous thoughts. Items have been freezing in my refrigerator so a repairman came out yesterday. He made some adjustments and told me it would take 24 hours for the temperature to adjust. I was grateful for this news. This morning I looked at the items that were frozen in the refrigerator and they are still frozen. Immediately, I heard, “Well you just can’t use the middle shelf of the refrigerator”. A feeling of defeat accompanied this thought. Thankfully, I was immediately able to say, “God wouldn’t have it that way.” I put the items back in the refrigerator, felt a sense of divine peace and know that my refrigerator will be made right. I am grateful that I do not have to argue, struggle or fight. I just have to know that God is All!!!

    With love!!!
