The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

    (S&H 246) “Life is eternal. We should find this out, and begin the demonstration thereof. Life and goodness are immortal. Let us then shape our views of existence into loveliness, freshness, and continuity, rather than into age and blight.” I have been working on the spiritual fact that there is no aging in God’s universe; we are spiritual. Recently, when human suggestions of aging start to come in, I have been immediately claiming that aging is Strength and Wisdom, and that’s been very uplifting!

    Yes, what a lively, helpful, succinct idea to keep handy, that aging (or age) is strength and wisdom. Thank you! It agrees perfectly with Mrs. Eddy’s thoughts on age recently included on the carousel.

    “Man governed by immortal Mind, Is always beautiful and grand. Each succeeding year unfolds wisdom, beauty, and holiness.” We need to be governed by immortal Mind or we fall into the human beliefs of age which are nothing but lies, a false belief. I know if I am seeing anything other than these good qualities I am in the human mind and have to get back to God.

    Thank God for Mrs. Eddy’s revelation.
