Mrs. Eddy's place

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

    So particularly grateful for an issue coming up in one of the testimonies read by Mrs. Singleterry at the Wednesday September 16th service. It mentioned Mrs. Eddy’s place being acknowledged by the Board of Directors in 1943 (in a statement entitled “Mrs. Eddy’s Place”), and this position being rejected in 1977 by the then Board of Directors. I so wanted to have more information, and though I didn’t quite catch the internet site mentioned, I did find good information by simply keying in “Mrs. Eddy’s place.” The site I found was endtime.org which may be the site mentioned. How wonderful that this information is so readily available to all. Thank you for getting me there!
