“Perfect” – (1828): Finished, complete, consummate, not defective, having all that is requisite to its nature and kind; fully informed; completely skilled; complete in moral excellencies; manifesting perfection.
“Perfect” synonyms: Absolute, superb, sublime, blameless, faultless, immaculate, spotless, supreme, unblemished, unmarred, untainted, untarnished, whole, upright in a moral sense, having integrity, undefiled, sound, one who lacks nothing.
“Perfect” – “Teleios” (Strong’s #5046): Completeness in mental and moral character; of full age; full grown, especially the completeness of Christian character.
“Perfect” – Teleios” (Thayer #5046): Properly brought to its end, finished, lacking nothing necessary to completeness; consummate human integrity and virtue; the perfect state of all things; the same level of knowledge which we ascribe to a full-grown man; more intelligent, ready to apprehend divine things; one who has reached the proper height of virtue and integrity.
