The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

    I am very grateful for all the material one can access on the Plainfield website, whether readings or articles, etc. I share excerpts and short articles on Facebook. I was a member of a FB group called: Christian Science, and I shared material from the Plainfield Church, for instance from Martha Wilcox, Bicknell Young, Carpenter, Kratzer etc. Only good strong metaphysics, clean, without any suggestion of negative feelings between factions, or anything like that. It seems that there are students who accept the idea of a new, updated Science, which promotes a mixture of Science with medicine. Mrs. Eddy teaches that this is impossible and counterproductive. After a year of so of being a member of this group, all of a sudden I found that I was not a member anymore, I did not receive any notice. This is very disappointing of course, as I feel Christian Science students should move on from the past, and only work to be a truer image of Mind. All this human bickering is part of error´s nothingness. Which we do not ignore. At the moment I am in a place of quiet study and knowing, meditation and seeking God´s face. And our website provides ample inspiration.
