Testimony

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

    I am so grateful for God’s direction. Before tonight’s testimony meeting, I had an unpleasant encounter with a warranty company which I just began to do business. Entering into a contract with this company was a result of the still small voice, so I did not understand why this unpleasant encounter was happening. After I concluded my conversation with the company, I decided not to take any action until after tonight’s meeting, knowing that God would send the appropriate message. The last testimony read my Mrs. Singleterry, covered the situation that mortal mind was presenting to me. Mortal mind was attempting to get me to believe that this company was not operating above board and that can not be true since God is all power and all things emanate from Him. I was so grateful to hear that I needed to give this situation to God and know that His Will be done. This brought a great sense of peace and I know when I contact the company tomorrow the actions will bless all involved.
