Thanks again to all those working on site in Plainfield

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

My heart overflows with gratitude and love to you all for your efforts to maintain our dear church edifice in Plainfield and its collection of CS materials. I will not tire of telling you how much I am benefitting from all your efforts.

    Love is reflected in Love.
I feel the Father’s Love in your unselfishness and relect it back to you in gratitude.

We are aflame with divine Love.

    Message for 1901

    Concludes with:

O the Love divine that plucks us
    From the human agony!
O the Master’s glory won thus,
Doth it dawn on you and me?

And the bliss of blotted-out sin
    And the working hitherto—
Shall we share it—do we walk in
    Patient faith the way thereto?

I think we at Plainfield CS can answer, yes, we are doing our best along these lines and with some success. I am so grateful to be a member of this church.

    THIS IS MY SONG
    A SONG OF PEACE
    Performed July 7, 2025
by Bruce, Jared, Faith and Jon

    This rendition was beautifully done.
    I enjoyed it very much.

When I read and when I soloed in the past, it seemed to me I was a reed and as the Sprit moved through me, I trembled with sound as God used me to express Himself.

When I was reader I prepared and practiced as I should; practicing correct pronunciation, reading with my best understanding. Usually as I was actually reading or singing for the service, new inspiration from Mind infused the moment and I saw yet deeper understanding as I sounded the words of scripture
or lyrical musical movement. What a humbling joyous experience.

Your sharing last Sunday, July 6, 2025 was beautifully done.
Your voices soared and set a lovely tone for the service.

Thank you for your dedication and work to grow musically and metaphysically.

    Much love and appreciation,
    Deborah Caserotti

I have been helped so much by listening to the fine recordings of the Plainfieldcs collection. Thanks to all the fine metaphysician/readers who have been involved.

This morning, I listened to the recording of “CHURCH” by Bicknell Young before the Sunday Service. I was so overjoyed to be more than listening. For the first time, I heard it and understood every word. This was a milestone for me. Thank you Gary for this particular reading.

Mrs. Eddy would surely be approving of the creativite and original way Plainfield CS has used the internet to share and TEACH Christian Science.
