Wednesday Testimony Meeting, 12/20/17

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

    Thank you all for sharing your beautiful testimonies. They were perfectly timed, dealing either with something I had recently bumped up against, or soon would experience in a similar situation. The testimony on not pitying or sympathizing with error was especially helpful. On Christmas day, I happened to see what appeared to be a heart-breaking “portrait” on the street, but thanks to the Wed. meeting I was able to quickly correct my erroneous thinking, and to remember Truth, to see my brother as God sees him, perfect and complete. The result was peace.

    Also the testimony about the lost baggage and the seeming chaos at the airport was helpful to understand that underneath all appearances, God’s law of harmony is the only real action. A rewarding test of patience!

    And, the one about sharing Science and Health with a co-worker was inspirational.

    They were all great! Thank you!
