What Is Truth?

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

    Pilate asked this question in John 18:38 Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? When Jesus said at the end of John 18:37 ……. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

    As someone said, “the world is stirring” and this question is being asked the world over. Multitudes are desiring the answer but the “sincerest seekers of Truth” will be taught of our great Teacher!

    Christ Jesus and Mrs. Eddy, the Revelator to this Age, have taught that God is Truth and how wonderful to find this out.
    When we come willing to be emptied of all our past misconceptions, teachings and false traits; and are willing to be filled with the knowledge from “he that is perfect in knowledge” Job 36:4, we will find the only Truth that becomes a law to ourselves, which will heal, protect, guide as to how to use it, save and make us free!

    Thank God for Mrs. Eddy who loved “ALL” enough to go through all she went through, to make how to use the Truth clear and available for ALL MANKIND!

    The Truth from the Bible is explained in her greatest work, of which she wrote:
    This book may be distorted by shallow criticism or by careless or malicious students, and its ideas may be temporarily abused and misrepresented; but the Science and truth therein will forever remain to be discerned and demonstrated. (Science and Health, p110)
