God will make a way

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

I love the passages from Isaiah 43 in the lesson this week. Many times this thought has helped me when a problem comes up and the answer is not apparent at first. The statement that God will make a way breaks the mesmerism, melts the fear, doubt or concern and instills the peace that enables God’s answer to be heard. When working with a group, the simple statement that there is an answer has melted the fear and someone will come up with an idea that leads to a resolution, proving that God is near. No one is left helpless, hopeless, a loving God does not abandon His beloved man.

The Bible states, “With God all things are possible.” Mark
In Isaiah 43:19 it says, “I will make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert”, in Joshua 10:12 it says, “. . the sun stood still, and the moon stayed” and in Jeremiah 32:17 it says, “Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee.”

No matter what the situation, God is right there. If it isn’t from God, it isn’t real, it has no staying power when the Truth is applied and will be “ground to a powder” by the Word of God.

God supplies every need, no matter what it is that is needed. Never doubt.

Mrs. Eddy says, “There is no failure where God is, and He is right with you, every moment.” Lessons of the 7th Day
