Identifying What is Sent By God

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

A couple of days ago, I asked God to plan all of my activities. Yesterday, I was sent an invitation to a get together and I immediately said to myself, “I don’t want to go to this. Don’t want to be with these people.” This caused me to have an uneasy feeling but nonetheless, I stuck to this decision. This morning, I remembered I had asked God to plan my activities. This was an invitation sent by God. I put the date and time on my calendar and I noticed that I already have an event (how blessed am I!!!). I know when the day comes that God will lead me to the correct activity and it will be fun and full of blessings for all. The uneasy feeling has left.

I am grateful that I am getting better at identifying what God is sending to me. I know this will allow me to also identify what is not being sent by God and more quickly know that it has no power and is not real, leaving me with all things from God, as He is ALL, and to be blessed and bless others!!!

    With much gratitude!!
