Ignorance. fear, human will

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

    It is the mortal belief which makes the body discordant and diseased in proportion as ignorance, fear, or human will governs mortals (me!). I have found it is well to check myaelf and to make sure none of these culprits – ignorance, fear or human will – have crept into thought. They are imposters and can be cast out. Challenge error! What are you ignorant of? What do you fear? What is driving you? Cast out the lie and replace it with Truth. God good alone governs all and He is the only consciousness! Nothing can invade Truth!

    Thank you for bringing my attention to this section of the Lesson this week. I have been checking myself and found that human will under pressure to do things has been “driving ” me instead of checking with God first to see what His will is for me. For the last few days things have slowed down a bit with better human exchanges. It is almost as if they feel my change without saying anything. ” GOD GOOD GOVERNS ALL”. THANK YOU.
