Inspirational Roundtable

The Bulletin Board is for gratitude for Christian Science and the Church, as well as timely excerpts from the Bible, the works of Mrs. Eddy, and the early workers that help and encourage. We are very grateful for all posts that conform to these guidelines, but will edit or remove anything that the Practitioners feel is not in complete accord with pure Christian Science or in any way disrespectful of it.

We also ask that you keep your postings as concise as possible. If you quote the Bible, please use The King James Version, as this is what Mrs. Eddy used. Thank you!

Thank you for the inspirational roundtable discussion on Sunday, June 26th 2016. Thinking about the discussion I recalled that the comment was made that, “You can’t see God you can only feel Him”. I think that I see God in my every experience. If I believe that God is “All” and that God is “everything”, then I truly must believe that I see Him in all of my consciousness. I must believe that God is:
    All that there ever was,
    All that is, and,
All that there ever will be.
Until I resolve this to myself I will always experience inner conflict between the material and the spiritual.
    Thank you,
    Barry Morgan, Ga.

Thank you! That comment “you can’t see God but you sure can feel Him” was made by a little boy in our Sunday School class many years ago. And yes it certainly is true as our spiritual sense is illuminated we can surely “see” “feel” “hear” God in all of our daily experiences.
